1What is a mobile bar service?
A mobile bar is a portable beverage station that we bring to your event. We provide professional bartenders, equipment, and all the essentials to serve drinks at weddings, parties, and corporate gatherings.
2Do you provide the alcohol?
No. In Massachusetts, we are a dry-hire service, which means clients must purchase the alcohol. We make it easy by giving you a customized shopping list and helping you calculate the right quantities
3Can you help me choose what alcohol to buy?
Absolutely! We’ll guide you on:
Types and brands of alcohol
Quantities based on your guest count
Mixers, garnishes, and non-alcoholic options
4Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! We carry liability insurance to ensure peace of mind for you and your venue. Our bartenders are trained and certified in responsible alcohol service
5What areas do you serve?
We are based in Massachusetts and proudly serve events throughout the state. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

1What packages do you offer?
We currently offer:
Basic Package – Beer & wine service (starts at $750)
Full Package – Beer, wine & 1 signature cocktail (starts at $1,200)
Mocktails-Only Packages – Chic & Classic (pricing coming soon)
All starting prices are based on 4 hours of service for up to 50 guests.
2Can we customize a package?
Yes! We can tailor packages with:
Additional hours
Extra signature drinks
Lemonade or mocktail bars
Specialty garnishes and themed bar décor
3Do your packages include cups and ice?
Yes. All packages include:
Compostable cups
Beverage napkins
Ice and a water station
Professional bar equipment

📅 Booking & Events

1How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance, especially for weddings and peak event seasons. However, we do accept last-minute bookings based on availability.
2What’s required to book my date?
To reserve your date, we require:
A signed contract
A deposit (amount provided during booking)
3What happens on the day of the event?
We’ll arrive early to:
Set up the bar
Chill your beverages
Prepare garnishes and mixers
Once the event is over, we handle cleanup and remove all bar-related items.
4Do you offer tastings for signature cocktails?
Yes! We offer tasting sessions for signature cocktails during the planning process (by appointment).

Mocktails (with or without Seedlip)

📜 Policies & Requirements

1Are there any guest age restrictions?
We strictly follow Massachusetts alcohol service laws. Guests must present valid ID to be served alcoholic beverages.
2Do you provide staff for large events?
Yes! We can provide additional bartenders and staff for larger gatherings to ensure smooth and quick service.
3What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible — cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your contract.
